The UGM Faculty of Geography provided the venue for the event, while KAGEGAMA contributed to the event’s funding. This event served as an opportunity to strengthen ties among the academic community, alumni, and institutional partners.

The event took place in a warm and friendly atmosphere. It also served as a space for interaction, bringing together various parties in a more informal setting, thereby facilitating more relaxed discussions. Also in attendance were Joko Widodo, S.Si., M.Si., Ph.D., Acting Secretary of the DIRI Deputy and UN ESCAP National Contact Point at BRIN, and Dr. Joncik Muhammad, S.Si., S.H., M.H., Chairman of KAGEGAMA and Regent of Empat Lawang Regency.
