The Research and Collaboration Showcase highlights research and collaboration activities related to the three pillars of higher education carried out under the Domestic Cooperation Unit (UKDN) of the Faculty of Geography at Gadjah Mada University. These activities cover various fields within the scope of Geography, including Climate Change, Disasters, GeoBigData and GeoAI, Environment, Training and Education, Mapping and Geovisualization, Spatial Modeling (GIS), Regional Development, Remote Sensing, Smart Cities, Social, Economic, and Demographic Studies, as well as Spatial Planning. Research and collaboration activities are carried out through Type I and Type II Self-Managed Contracts. UKDN’s partners vary and include local governments, ministries or equivalent agencies, the private sector, educational institutions, and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs).
